ok... after hearing 4D1's postings to their respective jcs i take back what i said in one of my earlier posts... 9-12 is a decent L1R5 but decent simply doesn't cut it when it comes to entering the better jcs... even an L1R5 of 7 can't get into njc without higher mother tongue... haiz...

ok fine, on a lighter note, wei long's bdae party yesterday was fun! mahjong, ps2, munchkin, indian poker... WOOHOO! as usual, i stood around taking random pics again... reli pissed tricia off, cuz she dun like ppl seein her unglam side... hahaha... took like 180 pics in one day... my camera was feeling hot by e end of e day la... taught ying ting hw to play mahjong... acty i oso nt v gd la... cyuan is e pro... haha... playin indian poker was fun too... e 2 couples kept losin... aven n yilin and kaisiang n sinyee... lolz... did loads of stupid shit... check out my facebook for details!

bin chatting wif e pokemon gang online practically every night... to e extent we've run out of topics to talk abt le... yawnz... but it's been really interesting to hear la... nv knew underneath darrin's innocent face is a lion waiting to spring... lolz... but i must say his sarcasm is sth to b reckoned wif...

i've bin using my office's i-net for e past nearly 2 hrs liaoz... so shiok... one of e few days when i dun haf to sit in front of my oa terminal... zzz... kelvin jz ord-ed last wk... shawn n e rest r gona ord in 2 wks... life's cruel...

just came back from 4D1 '08 chalet yesterday. slept like 20 minutes there. lolz. felt the aftermath of it today.

on the whole, it was pretty ok la. but i think the biggest flaw was like the lack of space. downtown east, of all places. maybe cuz i've been too used to aranda country club that 4D1 '04 books every year. i suggested it to them, hopefully they'll book it next time round. was quite surprised that there were so many girls there. much much more than i'll probably ever see at a 4D1 '04 chalet. lolz. jasvinder can mimic a bimbo accent to near perfection! omg, nearly split my sides laughing when we sparred our bimbotic talk. lolz~!

this class apparently has a fetish for the arcade and pool tables. weilong tried, and failed, to pwn me at bishi bashi. apparently he didn't know who he was messing with. hahaha. and as it is with 4D1 '04, the basketball game and daytona were quite popular too. quan mei spent gdness knows how much on basketball and i ran down the isle tapping my tapz card for those playing daytona hahaha. i'm very impressed that some of the girls were quite good. good among them anyway lolz. i can't remember whether it was ruby or peiling who came in second in a 6-man race. i played the wooden drum until my hands had blisters. >.<

as for pool, i guess i can't say much ba but all quite interesting to look at while they're playing, except for weilong i spose. can't stop yapping and whining and crapping and bitching. gosh. cheong khi shinfen and huiling were like =.=

oh yeah, speaking of shinfen, my new tutee looks like her! and my tutee's a guy. LOLZ! ok tt was random.

then finally on the way back, e guys who went back together... let's see, got who? me, aven, darrin, samuel, see yuan, kai siang, zhenning, hansen and weilong. yapping about "pokemon and how to catch them and successes and failures". note the inverted commas, i.e. we didn't literally talk about pokemon but believe me, it was one of the most interesting conversations i had with 4D1 '08. probably am gonna remember it for really long.

so all in all, i think i quite enjoyed myself, esp since it was rounded off very nicely for me. and to top it off, ltc jason gave my branch a whole day off this friday! woots... which means tmr's my last working day for the week!

checked out a couple of blogs... apparently no one has been in e mood to blog abt their o lvl results yet... either too happy or too sad or shy or just simply can't be bothered...

my 4D1 majority did pretty well... congrats to huiling (6 pts), kai siang (7 pts), zhenning (7 pts), brandon (7 pts), darrin (7 pts), hansen (8 pts)... hope u guys dun mind me broadcasting ur scores here... but it's nothing to be ashamed of, i'm sure... haha... most of the class did pretty good too... quite a few got 9-12 pts, which i tink is a decent score too... i was in tt range too, so no shame in tt haha... as for those who didn't fare as well as expected, pls dun fret... take it in ur stride and move on...

to all students taking major exams dis yr... pls heed dis advice... do not let situations around you influence you... or it will totally destroy you in terms of your results... i've seen it with my own eyes today and i really do not wish it to happen to anyone out there...

as for my tutee... well... shan't broadcast his score here... quite disappointed wif his a maths n overall score... hope he still can go jc...

well prior to heading back to ctss today, i went back to pioneer pri to check it out... visitors arent allowed in animore... if parents wana c tchrs dey gotta ask e tchrs to come out... aniwae nt mani tchrs r still there tt i noe la... mdm rosliah is still there... mr christopher tan is still there... bt these r e onli 2 tt mdm rosliah mentioned la... canteen vendors r still e same for e noodles n rice stall! omg, afta so mani yrs lolz... signed up wif pioneer as a relief tchr... duno if dey'll call mi afta ord or nt... lolz... but it'll b great if i get to go back to do rt again... ^_^

i've finally gotten a copy of eclipse in my hands!!! omg... and to top it off i'm reli so glad i got my copy of breaking dawn like way before it sold out... thank goodness i had the foresight to grab it... pity i didn't have the same foresight with eclipse... just practically flippin thru e pages now...

had my 2 left wisdom teeth extracted on tuesday... e feeling's quite gao wei... now tt i've got 2 gaps there in my gums... feels quite gross... goin for follow-up nxt tues... wonder if my dentist is gona fill up those gaps or not... the surgery wasn't painful... it was only when the anesthetic wore off den e dull pain sank in... thank gdness for the painkillers... i've gotta take 2 types of antibiotics tho... is tt overdoing it? is all dis worth the 1 wk mc i've got? n talk abt a small world... saw jun xian and mervyn there... hahaha...

speaking of mervyn, my 4D1 is gettin their o lvl results nxt wk... actually i'm not too worried abt them... i tink dey'll do just fine and get into the courses they want... it's my tutee tat i'm more worried about... gosh... reli hope he did ok for his maths and chem... >.<

ok... on a lighter note, heading down to the japanese group zadankai wif takako dis sunday... tho i doubt i'll understand more than a few simple phrases here and there hahaha... but still, it'll be a great chance for me to practise my japanese and make new frens! japanese reli r super sociable ppl (the ones i've met at least) =D

had quite a long chat wif you shun today... albeit he called at an inconvenient timing... but still, had a nice long nearly 40 minute chat wif him... haha... called to ask mi abt tuition stuff la, n whether or nt to sign up wif e tuition centres that were advertising on e papers today... apparently there were 3 of dem hiring... haha... n he wuz quite shocked at the syllabus changes, esp for a maths... lolz... but i guess tt wun hold him back ba... he reli hasn't changed much... still e same old froggy tt i knew back dem... hahaha...

i hate tt empty feeling... literally... for once it's in my mouth... urgh...
